Role-Based Access
Access to systems and client information is granted by role and business purpose.
Least Privilege
People receive the minimum access required for their responsibilities.
Multi-Factor Authentication
MFA protects accounts used for operational and client work.
Unique User Accounts
No shared credentials; every action is attributable to a person.
Secure Credential Handling
Credentials are stored and exchanged through secure, documented channels.
Access Review & Revocation
Access is reviewed periodically and removed promptly on role change or exit.
Retention & Deletion
Information is retained only as long as needed and securely deleted afterward.
Incident Response
Documented procedures define how security events are handled and communicated.
Business Segregation
Client engagements are separated from Launch Hub’s own commercial operations.
Client Engagements Stay Separate From Our Own Businesses
Launch Hub operates its own wholesale and private-label businesses while also providing services to clients. We address this directly: client operational information is processed only for the authorized services requested by the applicable client.
Launch Hub does not use client information to support its own wholesale, retail, private-label, product-research, sourcing, pricing, advertising, or competitive-intelligence activities. Client information is not shared with other clients or with personnel working on Launch Hub’s own e-commerce businesses unless access is specifically authorized and necessary for the applicable client service.
