Launch Hub LLC provides marketplace operations and e-commerce consulting services, including catalog support, inventory planning, fulfillment coordination, prep services coordination, advertising reporting, operational workflow optimization, and related business support services.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information
• Maintaining ownership and control of their marketplace accounts
• Complying with applicable marketplace policies
• Approving business decisions and operational changes
• Ensuring that any access granted to Launch Hub LLC is properly authorized

3. No Guarantee of Results

Launch Hub LLC does not guarantee marketplace approval, sales results, advertising performance, platform decisions, account status outcomes, or any specific commercial result.

4. Compliance

Launch Hub LLC provides services in a policy-conscious manner and expects clients to comply with applicable laws, marketplace rules, platform policies, and contractual obligations.

5. Confidentiality

Launch Hub LLC treats client information as confidential and uses it only for authorized business purposes related to the requested services.

6. Data Protection

Launch Hub LLC follows structured data protection practices, including access control, least-privilege principles, secure credential handling, limited data use, and documented incident response procedures.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Marketplace platforms, advertising platforms, logistics providers, prep service providers, warehouse operators, and other third-party systems operate under their own policies and terms. Launch Hub LLC is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, restrictions, or policy changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Launch Hub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or marketplace account decisions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the applicable service agreement or written arrangement. Upon termination, Launch Hub LLC will revoke unnecessary access and handle retained information according to its data retention practices.
