Private Label Development

One Team From Product Opportunity to Market-Ready Inventory

Launch Hub develops its own private-label products and helps selected businesses research, source, develop, launch, advertise, and scale theirs. Our operating model connects product research, project management, design, sourcing, factory communication, logistics, marketplace preparation, advertising, and ongoing account operations.

You can engage Launch Hub for a complete private-label development project or for selected stages such as research, sourcing, design, marketplace preparation, advertising, and account management. Every inquiry is reviewed individually.

  1. Stage 01: Product Research

Our researcher evaluates customer demand, competitive conditions, product economics, positioning opportunities, and operational constraints.

  2. Stage 02: Product & Project Management

A dedicated manager converts research into a practical development plan, coordinates owners and partners, and keeps decisions, samples, timelines, and deliverables organized.

  3. Stage 03: Brand & Packaging Design

Our designer develops the visual identity, packaging system, marketplace assets, and customer-facing presentation required for a coherent brand launch.

  4. Stage 04: China Sourcing Support

Our China-based representative communicates with factories, supports commercial negotiations, coordinates samples, and helps keep sourcing decisions moving across time zones.

  5. Stage 05: Freight & Customs Coordination

Our logistics partners can coordinate international freight and customs-clearance workflows from origin to the United States. Freight forwarding and customs brokerage may be provided by independent third-party providers.

  6. Stage 06: U.S. Warehousing

Inventory can be received through Launch Hub’s U.S. warehouse operation for documented receiving, storage, inspection, and preparation workflows.

  7. Stage 07: Marketplace Preparation

The team prepares product information, creative assets, operational workflows, and advertising plans for launch.

  8. Stage 08: Launch & Optimization

After launch, the team monitors marketplace operations, inventory, advertising performance, and execution priorities.

Freight forwarding and customs brokerage may be provided by independent third-party providers. Client engagements remain operationally separated from Launch Hub’s own private-label activities; client information is never used to support Launch Hub’s own product research, sourcing, pricing, or advertising decisions.
